Refund Policy

All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time, as well as missed sessions, are forfeited and will not be refunded.

Session time is reserved exclusively for the client and cannot be recovered once scheduled.
