About Us
reInventID is founded in the Neural Identity Cycle (NIC), a neuroscience-informed approach to personal transformation focused on the level where change actually happens — identity.
At its core, this work is based on a simple truth: the patterns you repeat in thought, behavior, and decision-making shape who you become.
By bringing those patterns into awareness and intentionally shifting them, you can create meaningful, lasting change in how you think, act, and move through your life.
🔁 How It Works
The NIC moves through a simple but powerful cycle:
-
Pattern Awareness — recognizing the thoughts and behaviors driving your current results
-
Interrupt & Reframe — shifting the perspectives and patterns that no longer serve you
-
Intentional Action — choosing aligned behaviors that reflect where you’re going
-
Reinforce & Integrate — repeating and stabilizing those changes over time
Each phase builds on the last, creating a loop that transforms not just what you do, but how you identify.
🧠 Why This Matters
Change isn’t just about setting goals or trying harder.
It’s about working with the way your brain actually operates.
Through the principle of neuroplasticity, your brain continuously adapts based on what you repeatedly think and do. The NIC applies this understanding in a structured, practical way, helping you shift the patterns that shape your outcomes.
✨ The Outcome
This work is designed to help you:
-
Gain clarity in moments of uncertainty
-
Make decisions with greater intention and confidence
-

-
Create change that feels stable, not temporary
reWire your patterns
reAlign your actions
reInvent your identity
Coach Key
reInventID was founded by Keshia (Key) Ashé, a strategist with a multidisciplinary background in engineering, human development, and performance. She specializes in helping clients translate insight into action and potential into measurable outcomes. From students and athletes to professionals and entrepreneurs, she supports individuals through moments of transition, decision-making, and performance.
With formal training in Biomedical and Chemical Engineering, Coach Key approaches reinvention through frameworks, pattern analysis, and disciplined execution. Her early work as a researcher resulted in published findings in peer-reviewed journals, while also mentoring students to develop as high-level researchers, guiding technical skill, critical thinking, and performance.
Her experience spans academic, athletic, and professional environments. As a former competitive track athlete and team captain, she developed a deep understanding of consistency, accountability, and execution. Roles with organizations such as the National Science Foundation and Hampton University further strengthened her ability to operate in high-performance environments and support others in navigating complex challenges.
She also founded and led ManyMentors, a mentoring company focused on structured guidance, development, and long-term growth, reinforcing a core principle that now underpins her work: transformation requires both clarity and accountability, not just intention.
Drawing from analytical rigor, research, and years of coaching and leadership, she helps high-performing individuals identify misalignment, recalibrate direction, and implement measurable change with precision.
Her work is grounded in one idea: identity is not fixed — it is patterned, and it can be intentionally reshaped.
