With formal training in Biomedical and Chemical Engineering, Ashé approaches reinvention through frameworks, pattern analysis, and disciplined execution.

 

Over the course of a decade, she founded and led ManyMentors, a youth mentoring company focused on structured guidance, development, and long-term growth. This experience deepened her belief that transformation requires both clarity and accountability, not just intention.

 

Her work now focuses on helping high-performing individuals identify misalignment, recalibrate direction, and implement measurable change with precision.
